You only transfer 30% before you travel, and only after you have a written rental agreement naming us, the property and our registered licence number HUTB-070987. That licence is a public record you can verify with the Catalan tourism registry. You can also check our full review history. The remaining 70% stays with you until you're standing inside the house.
Cancel more than 30 days before check-in and the deposit is refunded in full. Between 30 and 14 days, half. Inside 14 days the deposit is retained, but we'll always try to re-let the dates and refund you if we do.
We'd strongly recommend one. The beaches, the city and the countryside around you all open up with a car — and you have two free parking spaces inside the property. There are also several taxi services covering the area.
Arrival between 16:00 and midnight. We send you directions a few days before you travel and arrange the handover with you.
Entirely. It's inside the property's own garden and only your group uses it. It isn't heated, so it's at its best from late May to September.
